ETHICAL DECISION MAKING
Ethics involves matter of right and wrong, and good and bad. Dr. Keim shares the Ethical Decision Making Model of Dr. J. Wesley Robb, Retired Professor of Ethics at The University of Southern California which teaches students and decision makers to answer four critical questions before they act:
• What is my motive and intention?
• Is this action legal and according to policy?
• What are the consequences of this action?
• Is this action consistent with my moral principles?
